About Me and Rules for the Blog

Hello,

 My name is Charles Davis and I started this blog due to my interest in today’s politics on the national level.  My aim is to invite discourse on popular issues facing our nation; i.e. Health Insurance, Abortion, Immigration, Taxes, etc.  I fully believe Pericles when he opined, “Just because you do not take interest in politics it does not mean that politics will not take an interest in you.” 

Let me tell you a little about myself. 

I am a 31 year old native Virginia who is married and has one child.  Currently, I reside in the great Commonwealth in between DC and Richmond, but I have recently been missing the city life.  I met my wife in Dallas, Texas where I went to school at Dallas Baptist University and majored in Political Science.  My aspirations are political, but I do have a strong desire to own my own business; what the business will be, I don’t know.

 Anyways,  I have put together some rules for this blog.  Although, this blog will be open for public discourse, and the intent is to display all posts, any posts in violation of the following rules will be subject removal:

1.  All profrane language is prohibited.

2.  Respect for each others opinion is mandated, and personal attacks will be moderated.

3.  This is an opinion site, so please opine.

4.  I still love you if you are a liberal.

5.  Write!!!!
